We, at Eastside Occupational Therapy, are a team of experienced, knowledgeable, team-oriented therapists who are passionate about what we do and who we serve. We are looking for both part-time and full time pediatric occupational therapists to join our team! We are a growing, private OT clinic and are looking for therapists who have experience working with clients with sensory processing disorders, feeding concerns, behavioral challenges, and neurological and medical conditions. We see a wide range of clients ranging in age from infants to young adults.

20-32 hours per week, and after school/afternoon availability at least 1-2 days per week are preferred. A minimum of 2 full days would be ideal. We offer flexible schedules, with the option of working Saturdays: 4-8 hours with an optional 1 Saturday off per month.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Current OT license within the State of Washington

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in an OT clinical setting preferred

Responsibilities include:

• Educating family and care givers in therapeutic interventions and working with them to develop individual home programs

• Assessing each child’s functional skills and challenges using standardized assessments, interviewing caregivers, and clinical observation; creating and implementing treatment plans; seeking medical referral, consultation, and advice as necessary; and maintaining detailed clinical documentation for each child
